European indices open lightly changed to start the new week

UK FTSE flat

Spain IBEX +0.1%

Italy FTSE MIB +0.2%

In the weeks before, fading tariff fears and shrugging off Trump headlines were key to the better risk mood. But now that we’re perhaps getting a hang of the playbook, are we due a breather in the risk rally? It’s going to be a tricky one with little major releases on the economic calendar. For now, it’s a more tentative start to proceedings but it also comes with a long weekend in the US.
