Trump has invited Chinese President Xi Jinping to attend his inauguration next month

The headlines on this were greeted with hails of improving relations between the US and China. Seriously. I wasn’t impressed with such analysis:

That’s a long bow to draw on an invitation, but there you go.

Anyway, Xi says No.
