Terms and Conditions for HubpyTransfer Reward Scheme
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the HubpyTransfer Reward Scheme (“Reward Scheme”). By participating in the Reward Scheme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
- Qualifying Client (QC): A client who successfully registers, passes KYC (Know Your Customer) checks, and makes at least one transfer of more than 600 euros (which would be FREE using your code). The transfer must be unique and not duplicated, and completed by the end of February (by the last day of the month, last second).
- Introducer: A person who refers a new client to HubpyTransfer.
- HubpyTransfer Account: An account held with HubpyTransfer.
3. Reward Rules
- Eligibility: To be eligible for rewards, Introducers must have a registered HubpyTransfer account.
- Reward Distribution: Rewards will be credited to the Introducer’s HubpyTransfer account on March 1, 2024.
- Reward Amounts: Rewards are tiered based on the number of QCs referred by an Introducer within the specified period:
- up to 10 QCs: 10 euros per QC.
- up to 30 QCs: 15 euros per QC.
- up to 50 QCs: 20 euros per QC.
4. General Conditions
- Time Frame: The Reward Scheme is valid for QCs registered and transfers made by the end of February (by the last day of the month, last second).
- No Duplication: Each QC must be unique with no duplication of the No. code.
- Transfer Requirements: The first transfer made by a QC must exceed 600 euros and should not incur any transfer fees.
- Payment Method: Rewards will be paid exclusively into the Introducer’s HubpyTransfer account.
- Tax Responsibility: All participants are responsible for any taxes or charges that may arise due to the receipt of rewards.
- Amendments: HubpyTransfer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Reward Scheme at any time without prior notice.
- Disqualification: HubpyTransfer reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Reward Scheme if they are found to be in violation of these Terms.
- Liability Limitation: HubpyTransfer is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the participation in the Reward Scheme.
